We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@giuskincare.com and state the reasons for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No changes or returns will be accepted in the following cases:

Products that are not in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Makeup products, as they are items for personal use.

Products purchased on sale, clearance, or through the use of gift cards.

Customized products.
Damage and problems with the product.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Changes.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund.
